Our Story

SilverSpoon was originally established in Beirut, Lebanon in 2010 as a catering concept developed and owned by Ant Ventures.


The intention was to build on the service, innovation and unique menu offering of Casper & Gambini's through the creation of a catering company that would work closely with direct clients (corporate and private) and event managers.

In 2014, the brand was franchised to Hospitality Ventures Company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.  Since launching in the Kingdom, five years ago, the brand has quickly evolved and is today considered one of the Kingdom's leading boutique catering companies.


Whether it is a wedding, a corporate event or a private function, SilverSpoon tailors its offering to each client's specific aspirations; delivering on every detail with the utmost attention.   

Our Team

We refer to our people as 'eventologists' since the passion, precision and flavour they bring to any function is scientific.

Our team is headed by Joe Hayek, who has over 21 years experience in the industry. From project managers, to chefs, cooks and service staff; the SilverSpoon family blend innovation and creativity with the highest industry standards.  A second to none commitment to excellence is paralleled by a desire to listen and understand the specific needs and aspirations of each function.

The team works closely with each client to develop the perfect impression; writing the brief and delivering on that brief in a timely and flavourful manner that is bound to creating lasting memories for each of your guests.
